Remote, United States (or overlap with US hours). Full-time.
About the role
You run the cycle with the founders. The buyer is a safety lead, or a hardware and robotics team. You land one subsystem beside Jama and IBM DOORS, prove the workflow through a change cycle, and turn that into a paid seat. Safety evidence is the wedge. The company is the Living OS for physical AI: compliance first, then supply chain and finance.
This is founder-led sales. You own the conversation, and the founders are in it with you.
What you'll do
- Open and run conversations with safety leads and hardware teams who already live in Jama, Polarion, or IBM DOORS.
- Scope a design partner to one subsystem beside Jama and IBM DOORS.
- Stay on the account through the change cycle with the founders and the forward deployed engineer.
- Turn a working workflow into a paid seat, and say clearly what has to be true before that ask.
- Write down what the buyer needed so the next account starts further along.
What we're looking for
- You have closed B2B software with a technical buyer.
- You can run a full cycle beside founders: first meeting, a bounded design-partner scope, proof on one subsystem, then a paid seat.
- You can talk with a safety lead or a hardware engineer about how they work today.
- You are comfortable with a longer, founder-led cycle, from first meeting through a paid seat.
- You are US-based, or you can overlap US hours. Founders are in Portland, New York, and Seattle.
